Soup fast mushrooms

  • Fresh mushrooms: 250 gr
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Mushroom soup instant: 40 gr
  • Margarine: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Skimmed milk: 1 cup
  • Parsley, minced 2 tablespoons (soup)
  • Black pepper grain: taste.


Wash the mushrooms and cut into strips into very thin. Peel and cock-if the garlic. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, joins the mushrooms and garlic and bypasses for approximately 3 minutes. Dissolves the instant soup in the water. Lies in the saucepan and stir until boiling.

Add the milk. When it comes to the boil, lower the heat and kitchen for 4 minutes. Finally, sprinkles with the parsley and black pepper freshly grind.
