  • Peas: 1 kg
  • Onion: 1
  • Ham: 100 gr
  • Butter: 30 gr.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Coriander: 1 branch
  • Broth: taste.
  • Rice: 2 tablespoons
  • Milk: 1 dl


Put water to boil. Meanwhile, take the onion to brown in butter. Add the ham cut. Leave it to cook. Add the peas and let it take taste for a few minutes. Pour the boiling water to cover the peas and season with salt and pepper.

Cook on a low heat. Remove the pieces of ham. Add the rice and coriander and cook. Add the milk and reduce the mashed potatoes with the magic wand.
