  • Beer: 2.5 dl
  • Onion: 1
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Crumb of bread: 100 g
  • Chicken broth: 1 liter
  • Cream: 4 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Croutons: to decorate


In a pan fund, heat olive oil and saute the chopped onion.

Join the piece of bread cut into pieces, chicken broth and beer. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and blend with the magic wand. Add the cream and get involved.

Serve with croutons.
