Soup apple with melon and cucumber

  • Pine nuts: 40 g
  • Melon (pulp clean): 500 g
  • medium cucumber: 1
  • Ice cream Carte d'or apple: 500 g
  • apple Granny Smith: 1
  • Cream culinary Cowboy Light
  • Black pepper mill


Heat the pine nuts in a skillet antiadrerente and let brown over moderate heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cut the pulp melon into small pieces and put them in the glass blender.

Peel the cucumber, open it in half, clean it of the seeds and cut it in pieces. Join the cucumber to melon and add the ice cream CCarte d'or apple. Grind everything in a blender.

Wash apples and cut it in half in the vertical position, and then into thin slices.

Divide the soup by the containers where you will serve, drizzle them with a wire cream culinary Cowboy. Garnish with the apple slices and sprinkle with pine nuts. Season with pepper, height and serve without delay.
