  • Leek: 1
  • Small potato: 1
  • Large carrot: 1
  • Garlic: 1
  • Purple onion: 1
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Pumpkin seeds: taste.
  • Salt: The taste


Cut leek, potato, onion, a clove of garlic and carrots into pieces. Put in a pan with water until this tape vegetables all.
