Pumpkin soup

  • Pumpkin: 500 g
  • Potato: 250 g
  • Leek: 200 g
  • Onion: 1/2 g
  • Olive oil: 20 ml
  • Flax seed: 10 g
  • Salt: 2 g
  • Water: 600 ml


Peel the pumpkin, potatoes, leeks, and the onions. Cut out all the cubes and put in the pot with water and salt for 15 minutes. At the end of the cooking, grinding using the magic wand, add the olive oil and flaxseed.
