  • Broccoli: 400 g
  • Curgettes: 2
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 6 Teeth
  • Olive oil: 6 Tablespoons
  • Bread: 2 Slices
  • Salsa: 6 Feet
  • Coriander: 6 Feet
  • Water: 1,2 l
  • Salt: taste.


Stir-fry lightly in olive oil, chopped garlic, onion, and the curgettes cut into pieces.

Add the water and the bread.

When it comes to the boil, put the broccoli, parsley, coriander and season with salt.

Once cooked, remove a sprig of broccoli to spruce up the dishes and crush the rest of the wand.

This soup is very saciante and low-calorie.
