  • potato: 3
  • onion: 1
  • leek: 3
  • carrots: 3
  • turnip: 1
  • garlic: 3 teeth
  • parsley or coriander: 1 sauce
  • olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • water: 1.5 liter


Cook the vegetables and potatoes (except 2 garlic-French) cut into pieces, to cozerem in a short time. Once cooked, reduce the mashed potatoes with the magic wand. Take you back to the heat to a boil, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and the remaining garlic-French cut into very thin slices. Let bake. Is ready to eat.
