  • Medium carrot: 3
  • Turnip medium: 2
  • Leek: 3
  • Onion: 1
  • Lettuce small: 1
  • Cabbage-Portuguese: 3 the tender leaves
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon full
  • Oil: 1 wire
  • Sugar: ½ teaspoon
  • Consommé or chicken broth: 1,5 lt
  • Salt: taste.
