  • Butter: 75 gr
  • Water: 12 dl
  • Mint: 1 branch


Put the water on to heat, season with salt and bring to the boil, pour you a mint inside. Cut the bread into thin slices and put it in the bowl with butter. Pour them to the boiling water over the top, withdraws the mint and serves up then.
