  • Large tomatoes: 6
  • Green pepper: 1
  • Red pepper: 1
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Bread from the previous day: 2 slices
  • olive oil Gata Hurdes D.O.P.: 4 tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.


While preparing the gazpacho, put the slices of bread in demolha in water with oil and salt.

Peel and cut up the tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic and add the olive oil, vinegar and salt.

With an electric mixer, make a cream with the preceding ingredients and add water to make it lighter.

Finally add the bread.
