Ingredients

  • Cassava: 400 g
  • Green Banana: 400 g
  • Carrot: 200 g
  • Potato: 200 g
  • Fresh fish ( cute and bidião): 1 kg
  • Medium onion: 1
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Garlic: taste.
  • Pulp, tomato or tomato chopped: taste.
  • Fish broth: 1 cube

Directions

Arrange the fish, cutting and washing them.

Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf, garlic and book for 10 to 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, carrots, cassava and bananas. Washing and book in a bowl of water.

In a pan put the finely chopped onion and make a stir fry with olive oil, bay leaf and the fish stock.

Let brown well and add the fish, cut into slices with the tomato pulp.

Remove the fish as soon as you start to turn golden and book.

Then add the potatoes, carrots, cassava and bananas to the fat of the stew.

Stir well and add the water.

To rectify the seasoning, let boil, cook until all the ingredients.

Once cooked, add the fish and let boil 10 more minutes until golden brown broth.

Remove from heat and serve with chilli.
