Ingredients

  • Carrot: 1 kg
  • Potatoes: 1 kg
  • Onion: 2 large
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Salt: taste.
  • Olive oil: 1 dl

Directions

Peel the potatoes, carrots, the onions and the garlic put them, integers, in the pressure cooker with water, that they may be covered. Add the olive oil and salt. Cook for 15 minutes. Once cooked, grinding all up to get a prepared creamy.
