Beet soup

  • Onion: 100 g
  • Turnip: 160 g
  • Potato: 250 g
  • Beet: 200 g
  • Olive oil: 20 ml
  • Milk M/G ( glass): 200 ml
  • Salt: taste.
  • Water: 500 ml


Peel the potatoes, onion, beet and the turnip. Wash and cut it in pieces. Then put all the ingredients in a saucepan with the water and salt, and cook for 15 minutes. Add the milk and rectify the salt. Leave to boil for another 5 minutes, add the olive oil at the end, and serve immediately.
