Bean soup butter to the portimonense

  • Butter bean: 400 gr
  • Milk: 1 dl
  • Onion: 50 gr
  • Potato: 200 gr
  • Sweet potato: 200 gr
  • Pumpkin: 100 gr
  • Salsa: 1 branch
  • Salt: taste.


Choose the beans and demolhe-in cold water, with a 12 hours notice. Bake in a saucepan with cold water. Peel the onion, wash and add to the beans. Add the olive oil and parsley and season with salt. Peel the potatoes and pumpkin and wash them. Cut them into small squares.

Put everything in the pot, when the beans are almost cooked.

Continue to boil until you finish the cooking. Correct the seasoning of salt.
