Bean soup Butter

  • Butter bean COMPAL: 1 large Tin
  • White onion: 1
  • Ripe tomato: 300 g
  • Head of turnip: 1
  • Carrots: 2
  • Nabiças: 1/2 Sauce
  • Stalks of parsley: 3
  • Clove: 1
  • Tablespoons Olive oil: 2
  • Salt: taste.


1 Remove a shell beans, and pass the rest by the pass-vite. Pass it by a passer network to eliminate the shells. Take the puree to the heat and add water to make up to 1.5 litres of liquid.

2nd bring to the boil and add the chopped onion, the peeled tomatoes into small pieces, the turnips and carrots cut in slices, the nabiças ripped and chopped parsley.
