  • Avocado: 5
  • Chicken broth: lt 2
  • Butter: 60 gr
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Onion juice: 2 teaspoons
  • Margarine: 2 tablespoons
  • Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Fried bread: taste.


Bring the butter over low heat and, when it is melted, add the flour and let it brown. Join him then the broth, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil until it thickens. Undo the avocados and mix with the cream.
