The cream of pumpkin

  • small tin of white beans: 1
  • Pumpkin shell: 300 g
  • olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • garlic: 2 teeth
  • onion: 1
  • turnips: 2
  • Salt: taste.


Peel the turnips, onions and garlic. Wash the pumpkin and leave them to drain. Heat a pan with 1 liter of water, add the turnips cut, the onion, the garlic and the pumpkin. Season with salt and simmer until the vegetables being cooked.

Drain the beans and put it in the pan, bring to the boil a bit more. Reduce all the mashed potatoes with the wand, and add the olive oil. Pour the cream with mint, chopped.

You can decorate with clams. Serve hot.
