  • pumpkin average: 500 g
  • cream for cooking: 500 ml
  • slices of ham Consortium Serrano: 200 g
  • sheep cheese: 100 g
  • Salt and Pepper: taste.


Clean, peel and boil the pumpkin. Once cooked, in the same casserole, add the cream, salt and pepper. Pass through the mixer. Brown the slices of ham Consortium Serrano until crispy. Decorate the cream with the crispy slices of ham and keep up with slices of cheese.
