Cream sugar beet with yogurt

Ingredients

  • Low-fat yogurt: 150 ml
  • Small onion: 1
  • Corn starch: 3 tablespoons
  • Skimmed milk: 1 cup of 200 ml
  • Large potato: 1
  • Beets average: 3
  • Grated cheese: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger: the taste
  • Water: 2 litres ½
  • garlic
  • salt: taste.

Directions

Saute the onion and garlic in a saucepan. Stir in the beet, potatoes and water. After you grind everything and return to the pan. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add to the pan, stirring constantly until it thickens. Season and serve it with a tablespoon of yogurt, and a handful of grated cheese.
