Cream soup with garlic-French

  • slice of pumpkin: 1
  • average potato: 1
  • courgete: 1
  • carrot: 1
  • garlic-French: 1
  • onion: 1
  • olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: taste.


Heat a saucepan with the water. When boil, add the onion, carrot, pumpkin, potatoes, and the courgete. Cook everything for a few minutes. Grind everything and season with salt. Light again on the stove to boil. In the meantime prepare the garlic-French, rinse well and cutting it into slices. Add the cream of vegetables and let it bake.

When the garlic-French is cooked, check the seasoning, remove from the heat, add the oil and involves as well. Serve hot.
