Cream of vegetables

  • Chard: 100 gr
  • Green beans: 100 gr
  • Carrot: 100 gr
  • Tomato: 1
  • Celery: 1 sauce
  • Turnip: 1
  • Leek: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Milk: 25 dl
  • Vegetable broth: 2 cubes
  • Water: to taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Wash all vegetables and cut them in pieces. Take it to boiling in water seasoned with salt until they are tender. Throw them in an electric mixer until obtaining a puree and throw this back in the casserole.

Add the milk, the bouillon cubes of vegetables and season.

Keep the heat low, without leave to simmer for a few minutes. You can add a little water if it is too thick before serving.
