Cream of tomato with basil

  • Tomato: 300 gr (fresh)
  • Basil: 4 sheets
  • Carrot: 2
  • Onion: 2
  • Broth without fat: 1 cube
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Thyme: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Skin-if all the vegetables and cut. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with half a liter of broth prepared with the cube. Boil on low heat for approximately one hour. Mix with the food processor until you get a cream.

Add the chopped basil at the moment. Irrigation with olive oil before going to the table.
