  • Tartar
  • Pepper mill: taste.
  • Traditional sea salt: taste.
  • White wine vinegar: 1 dl
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 2 dl
  • Link: 200 g
  • Onion scalded: 500 g
  • garlic scalded: 8 teeth
  • Red bell pepper roasted: 160 g
  • Peeled tomatoes: 1000 g
  • Kernels roasted sardines: 500 g
  • Cream

Directions
