Cream of spinach

  • Spinach: 800 g
  • Medium size onions: 3
  • Skimmed milk: 500 ml
  • Wheat flour: 3 Tablespoons
  • Salt: the taste
  • Meat cooked and shredded: 300 g
  • Water: 1.1 l
  • Garlic: taste.
  • Margarine: 2 Tablespoons


In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in the amount of margarine indicated. Add the spinach and the water and bring to a boil. Then grind everything, out of the heat. Again on the stove, add milk, flour of wheat and meat. Season to taste with salt and bring to a boil.
