Cream of rice with lettuce

  • Lettuce: 50 g
  • Rice flour: 1 level Tablespoon
  • Butter: 1 Walnut
  • Milk powder: 2 Tablespoons
  • Water: quarter l
  • Salt: to taste


Wash the lettuce leaves. Lie down in the water seasoned with salt and boil until it boils. Boils over very low heat for 1 hour. Passes-if the vegetables with the grinder to get a broth.
