Cream of mushroom

  • Mushroom: 400 gr
  • Butter: 60 gr
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Wheat flour: ½ cup
  • Chicken broth: 4 cups
  • Cream: 1 cup
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Carefully remove the fingers, the skin of the mushrooms. Chop the stalks and parasols. Heat the butter in a large pan, add the crushed garlic and mushrooms, and saute for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and cook with the lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Pass the mixture by the magic wand to be homogeneous. Then put the mixture in the pan, add cream and cook over low heat until the cream to be hot. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
