Cream of lettuce with peas

  • Broth: 2 litres
  • Lettuce: 4 feet
  • Pea: 200 g
  • Bread: 4
  • Oil: taste.


Wash the lettuce. Wipe-and cock. Kitchen in the boiling broth, along with the peas, during a time. Passes-if everything into a sieve or chat in the blender, making it the lead at the fire.

Cut the loaf of bread into small cubes and fry in oil hot. When the cream to a boil, dumps in the bowl and serve with bread crumbs and fried.
