Cream of lettuce with coriander

Ingredients

  • Potato: 4
  • Onion: 1
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Water: 0,5 lt
  • Lettuce: 1 large
  • Cilantro: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Egg: 2
  • Salt: to taste

Directions

Pan lightly fry the onion in the olive oil and join the potatoes into cubes. Add the water and the milk, cover and let cook for 20 minutes. Wash and cut the lettuce into strips that are added to the prepared. Boil for 3 minutes. Passes-if the cream. New in the heat rectificam the spices and join the chopped coriander. Serve with boiled eggs and cut into cubes.
