Cream of lettuce

  • Lettuce: 1
  • Cheese to melt: 3 triangles
  • Water: 0,50 lt
  • Broth bird: 1/2 cube
  • Salt: taste.


Wash and cut the lettuce into pieces. To put it in a saucepan with the water and the cube broth of poultry and cook seven minutes.

Drain slightly, add the cheese and beat with electric mixer until obtaining a homogeneous texture.

Season to taste and serve cold.
