Cream of green Peas and mint

  • Peas (fresh or frozen): 400 g
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Water or vegetable broth hot: enough to cover the peas
  • Cream fraiche: 4 Tablespoons
  • Mint: 4 to 5 Sheets
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


In a little olive oil, cook the onion for about 4 to 5 minutes, add the peas and cover with water or broth hot. Boil about 4 to 5 minutes. Join in a mixer bowl and mash well.

Season and add mint. Grind a few more seconds. Serve hot or cold with a little cream fraiche and decorate with mint.
