Cream of grain with spinach

  • Through sauce, spinach: taste.

Boil the grain in 1 liter of water with the oil for 2 minutes. Drain the chickpeas and pass it on pass-vite. Take the puree to the heat and bring to the boil, add the spinach arranged. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and serve.
