Cream of Broccoli

  • Medium onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2 Teeth
  • Olive oil: 30 g
  • Broccoli frozen: 800 g
  • Water: 750 g
  • Vegetable broth made in the Thermomix (1 cube): 1 teaspoon


1. Place in the cup onion, garlic, olive oil and chop 5 sec/speed 5. The following saute 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.

2. Add the broccoli, water, vegetable broth, and program 18 min/Varoma/speed 1.

3. Grind the spices and schedule 1 min and go steadily until the manual transmission 7.

NOTE: When you mash the soup, do it gradually, reg. 3,5,7. It is fundamental to wait 3 to 5 seconds before you open the cover, to allow for the stabilization of the net and avoid the danger of splashing.
