Cream of asparagus

  • Asparagus tips: 700 g
  • Broth of poultry: 1 Cup
  • Cream: 20 cl
  • Egg: 2 Egg Yolks
  • Salt: taste. -
  • White pepper: taste. -
  • Chives, chopped: 1 Scoop


Drain and then cut the asparagus in pieces 3 to 4 cm. In the glass blender, pour the juice of the asparagus, add the asparagus cut, the cream, juice, egg yolks, the pepper and the salt.

Select the speed 12/2 and stir for 1 minute. Pour in a cup and let it cook in the microwave for 12 minutes in average power.

Once cooked, slightly warm, put all of the preparation in the glass blender for 30 seconds at the speed 12/2. Pour immediately on each plate and sprinkle with green onions chopped fine.
