Ingredients

  • Potato: 600 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Salt: taste.
  • Coriander: 1 small sprig
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Bread: 1

Directions

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, as well as the onion, seasoning with salt. In a saucepan, gasket-1 lt of water and take it on the stove to cook. However, choose the coriander and wash themselves. When the potatoes are cooked, blend the coriander and leave to boil for 1 minute.
