Wraps corn with chicken and mushrooms

  • Water: 1,5 dl
  • Salt: 1 coffee spoon
  • Corn flour: 100 g
  • Wheat flour: 50 g
  • Olive oil: 1 coffee spoon
  • Steak chicken: 1
  • Fresh mushrooms-rolled: 4
  • Lettuce: 5 sheets
  • Lemon juice: 1/2
  • Salt, olive oil, oregano and pepper: taste.


Dilute the salt in warm water, add the flour and olive oil eamasse until the dough is elastic, homogeneous. Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered by a cloth. Cut the beef into strips and season with salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil and sauté the chicken strips and the fresh mushrooms.

Let it cool. However, divide the dough into four parts and extend it with the roll the dough into 4 circles. Cook tortillas from both sides in a frying pan anti adherent. Fill the tortillas with the sliced lettuce and cucumber cut and the strips of chicken and mushrooms.
