  • Salt: taste.
  • fresh cheese: 1
  • lettuce leaves: 4
  • tomato: 1
  • Corn: 100 g
  • Tomato sauce: 1 cl
  • olive oil: 1 scoop
  • steaks, chicken: 2
  • clubs: 4
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Spicy sauce (optional): to taste.


The court previously steaks chicken into small pieces. Cut the tomato, lettuce and cheese. Light olive oil to heat and aloure the chicken. Add half of the tomato sauce and let it cook for a few minutes. Add the corn (drained) and season.

Stir well and allow to heat a few more minutes. Add the tomato, lettuce and cheese and stir again. Divide the mixture into four parts and fill each club. Heat the remaining tomato sauce, adding spicy, if you like.

Drizzle the clubs with this sauce and serve immediately.
