  • Snails: 1000 g
  • Olive oil: 20 g
  • Garlic: 6 Teeth
  • Onion, cut in rooms: 1
  • Laurel: 1 Sheet
  • Meat broth made in the Thermomix (or 2 cubes): 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chili: taste.
  • Water: 800 g
  • Oregano: 1 Tablespoon


Wash the snails through several water until the water is completely translucent.

2. Place in the cup of the olive oil and garlic and chop 8sec/vel5.

3. Then saute 3min/Varoma/vel1.

4. Add the onion, bay leaf, meat broth, the chili and the water, put the Varoma with the snails and program 25min/Varoma/vel2.

Remove to a container so that the snails are covered with broth.

5. Add the oregano, get involved with a spatula for your dates and book about 15 minutes before serving. Total time: 1 hour and 30 preparation Time: 1 : 00 in Time Thermomix: 28 minutes Components Thermomix: Varoma, Spatula
