Sausages with Mushrooms

  • Sausage: 2
  • Mushrooms: 1 tin
  • Margarine: 1 dessert spoon


Cut the liguiça slices small, bring to heat a frying pan with margarine over low heat. Cut the mushrooms into rooms and add the sausage. Keep in simmer for a few minutes to melt the fat of the sausage. Be careful for the sauce does not burn. If the sausage has little fat, add a little more of margarine, to stay with a bit of sauce. Serve hot.
