Potato burgers

  • Potatoes for frying: 500 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cream: 10 cl
  • Fresh cheese cream: 4 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg: taste.
  • Olive oil or oil for frying: taste.
  • Stuffing
  • Emmenthal cheese: 4 thin slices
  • Ham: 2 slices
  • Tomato: 1
  • Cucumber: 1/2


Peel the potatoes and grate them. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites. Add the cream, fresh cheese and mix gently. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix this preparation with the grated potatoes. Make small burgers and brown them for 5 to 8 minutes per side in a container non-stick with a little olive oil or olive oil. Dry the burgers with absorbent paper. Presentation: Between two burgers place alternately 1/4 slice of ham, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 slice of cheese emmenthal. Serve with a salad of lettuce.
