Mushrooms with quail eggs

  • Mushrooms large: 6
  • garlic: 4 teeth
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Coriander: taste.
  • Butter: the taste.
  • eggs, quail: 6


Wash the mushrooms and cut them the foot. The mortar crush the cloves of garlic (previously peeled) with a folhinhas coriander. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Each mushroom with a small portion of the prepared garlic (equivalent to a coffee spoon) and put a small knob of butter on top of it.

Put the mushrooms in a pyrex dish and pour with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake it in the oven to 180 degrees for a few short minutes. When the mushrooms are baked remove the dish from the oven and opens a quail egg on top of each mushroom.

Going back to the oven long enough to cook the eggs. The result is a delicious mushrooms and with great-looking!
