Ingredients

  • Moelas: 500 g
  • White wine: - glass
  • Beer: - glass
  • Onions: 2
  • Laurel: 2 sheets
  • Pulp, tomato: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • spicy

Directions

Wash the moelas and it is in pieces. In a frying pan is a stew with onions and joins some of the water, wine and beer. Seal-if, then, the moelas cut, as well as the louto and the tomato pulp. Spices-salt and pepper to taste. Bake until the moelas browned. If so, can amend the spices during cooking.
