Ingredients

  • Moelas chicken: 600 g
  • Laurel: 2 Sheets
  • Salt: taste.
  • Paprika: 1 Teaspoon
  • Pepper: The taste
  • Piri-piri: The taste
  • Olive oil: 1,5 dl
  • Garlic: 2 Teeth
  • Vinegar: 2 Tablespoons
  • Salsa: 1 Sprig

Directions

After you have arranged the moelas, bake-if, during half an hour, in boiling water, seasoned with salt and bay leaves. When cooked, full of the moelas and flour with paprika. Season with pepper and piri-piri. True-if the salt and pincela with olive oil.

Grid-if the moelas slowly on the plate on the stove. When grilled cuts the moelas to pieces. Tempers with chopped garlic, the remaining oil and vinegar. Sprinkles with chopped parsley.
