  • Green beans: 500 g
  • Flour: 100 g
  • Egg: 1
  • Olive oil:
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Remove the tips to the beans-green, cut in pieces, medium and cook in water seasoned with salt. Pour flour into a bowl and dissolve with water enough to get a polme in a very liquid nor too thick. Add the egg and season with salt and pepper.

Pass the pods of beans, two by two by the polme and fry in olive oil hot until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
