  • Offal of chicken: 1 kg
  • Medium onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • White wine: 1 Cup
  • Peeled tomatoes (or tomato pulp): 1 small Tin
  • Pepper jalapeño cut: 1
  • Salt: taste.
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Olive oil: A wire
  • Rodelinhas sausage (optional): To taste


Take a pot on the stove with a drizzle of olive oil and saute the onion and garlic as well picadinhos, add the bay leaf, tomato, finely chopped or crushed, bell pepper, chopped, salt q.b. and let it bring to the boil.

Wash the meat offal of chicken, and drain well and add to the tomato sauce, pour the white wine, allow to a boil, cover the pan and let it cook on a low heat until the moelas are cooked. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley and bread is baked.
