Breaded Shrimp

  • Eggs: 2
  • Wheat flour: 1/2 Cup of tea
  • Ginger: 1 Teaspoon
  • Water: 4 Tablespoons
  • Shrimp Mozambique: 750 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Oil for frying: taste.


In the first place to peel the shrimp, and remove the veins, and the heads. Leave the tails intact. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and add the flour, ginger, chopped, water and salt. Mix all the ingredients to form a light batter. Then, hold the cameroon by the tails and immerse them in the batter and put them in the oil already warm.

The cameroon shall fry in a lot of oil until they become of brownish color. After fried put them in a container that let it drain the oil. Must cool. Later they must be re-heated in hot oil for 30 seconds. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. This snack is served hot.
