White sauce II

  • Margarine: 5 tablespoons
  • White flour: cup
  • Milk: 6 cups
  • Salt: the taste


Melt the margarine in a frying pan, add the flour and stir vigorously. Join gradually the milk while stir and boil slowly for about 10 minutes. Season with salt. When ready, the sauce should be soft and shiny.
