Tomato sauce to the Italian

  • Courgette: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Tomatoes into pieces or pulp, tomato: q. b.
  • Salt
  • olive oil: taste.
  • pepper: taste.


Pan lightly fry the onion in rings with the chopped garlic in olive oil. Then add the tomato, or the flesh, and let it cook. Cut the courgette into slices and add it to the stew, let it cook a little, and you're ready.
