  • Egg: 1
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil or olive oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion: ½
  • Salsa: to taste
  • Garlic: to taste
  • Caper: 1 scoop


Beat in the mixer, the hard-boiled egg,vinegar, oil and condiments to form a cream. Before you end up hitting joins the garlic, parsley, capers in a way that they are not cut completely.
