  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Red pepper: 1
  • Harissa on the tip of a knife: taste.
  • Tomato: 200 gr
  • Oil: 1 dl
  • Vinegar: 1 dl
  • Salt: to taste


Give a boost to the peppers before the fry in oil. Crush in a mortar. When you are reduced to puree, add the sauce of tomato, crushed garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and harissa. Serve with meat or fish from the grill.
